BAUER, Chief Judge. Liberty National Bank and Trust Company of Indiana and Ernest Crady dispute the reasons for Crady's discharge from Liberty. Crady sued Liberty pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 ("ADEA"). Liberty says Crady abandoned his job, forcing Liberty to discharge him. The district court granted Liberty's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
